Overview
This website is operated by FieldBotanist (sole proprietor: Uladzimir Bury, Tērvete, Sanatorija 6–6, LV-3730, Latvia). By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you agree to the Terms below.

Products & Orders
We make lightweight, field-tested herbarium presses and frames. Product photos may show slight variations in wood grain and color. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders (for example, if a product is out of stock, pricing error, or suspected fraud).

Prices & Taxes
Prices are shown in EUR unless stated otherwise. For deliveries outside the EU, local taxes, duties, and customs fees may apply and are the buyer’s responsibility.

Payments
We accept payment methods offered at checkout (Shopify Payments, PayPal, etc.). Orders are processed after payment confirmation.

Shipping
We ship from Latvia. Estimated delivery times and shipping methods are described in our Shipping Policy. Transit times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Returns
Your rights are described in our Returns & Refunds policy.

Intellectual Property
All content (text, photos, logo) is owned by FieldBotanist and may not be used without permission.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Latvia and applicable EU consumer protection rules.
