We ship all parcels via Latvijas Pasts (Latvia Post) as tracked postal shipments.
Processing time
Orders are prepared and handed to the post within 2–3 business days.

Tracking
A tracking number is provided for every parcel. Please allow 24–48 hours after dispatch for tracking to activate.
Customs, duties & taxes
- Within the EU: no import duties.
- Outside the EU: any import duties, taxes or brokerage fees are paid by the recipient according to local rules.
Delays & lost parcels
External delays (customs inspections, weather, carrier backlogs) are outside our control, but we will help investigate with the postal service. If your parcel seems delayed, please contact us with your order number and tracking link.
